For Couples and those who are Engaged
    Time:   3
Hours — 6:00–9:00 pm

c Dinner 6:00–7:00 p.m.. Please follow these requests:
if by buffet style, ALWAYS use 2 tables and serve from both sides of each. IMPORTANT: If you choose a catering service, please only employ one that will allow the people to serve themselves rather than be individually served by the catering staff! This will EXPEDITE the standing in line time--an important factor!
if by server style, ALWAYS use 2 servers per table of 8 or 1 per table of 4

With either style, ALWAYS put the beverages, condiments, desserts, salads and dressings on a separate table away from the main food tables.

c

Room Set-Up: At the entrance of the room, place a table with name tags and marking pens (Sharpie® type) on it. It is best for a couple to be at this table and to ask each person upon arriving to print his or her name on a name tag.

At the front of the room, place one (1) card table for the power point projector and lap top computer. Throughout the room, place dinner tables corresponding to the number of couples expected, and set them for 4 or 8 persons, NOT for 6. Set these tables diagonally with one end pointing toward the projector.

On each table at its center, place one (1) plain white sheet of paper 5½" x 8½" size PER PERSON and one (1) writing pen PER PERSON. Dim the lights in the room and on each dinner table place several lit candles for ambiance only. (You decide the number, color, and kind.) Click here to View.
