For Couples and Engagees
    Time:   3
Hours — 6:00–9:00 pm

c Dinner 6:00–7:00 p.m.. Please follow these requests:
if by buffet style, ALWAYS use 2 tables and serve from both sides of each. IMPORTANT: If you choose a cater, please only employ one that will allow the people to serve themselves rather than be individually served by the cater!
if by server style, ALWAYS use 2 servers per table of 8 or 1 per table of 4

With either style, ALWAYS put the beverages, condiments, desserts, salads and dressings on a separate table away from the main food tables.

c Each couple needs to bring a Bible suitable for marking

Room Set-Up: At the entrance of the room, place a table with name tags and marking pens on it. It is best for a couple to be at this table and to ask each person upon arriving to print his or her name on a name tag. At the front of the room, place one (1) card table for the overhead projector. Throughout the room, place dinner tables corresponding to the number of couples expected, and set them for 4 or 8 persons, NOT for 6. Set these tables diagonally with one end pointing toward the projector. Dim the lights in the room and on each dinner table place several lit candles for ambiance only. (You decide the number, color, and kind.) Click here to View.
