either style, ALWAYS put the beverages, condiments,
desserts, and salads and dressings on a separate table
away from the main food tables.

Room
Set-Up: In
a room proportionate to the number of persons (but NOT
in the sanctuary): One (1) card table for the overhead projector.
Set movable chairs near the projector table in several consecutive
semi-circles, but
with NO center aisle.
